Shipping Protection

We offer Shipping Protection at the checkout. Get peace of mind with the guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit.  If Shipping Protection is not purchased, your parcel is not covered for loss, damage, theft or any other misadventure and we will not be able to compensate you nor assist beyond looking up our view of the tracking information. The responsibility will lie with the Customer to seek compensation from the carrier which in most cases will be Austrtalia Post but will be reflected in the Tracking information provided by email at the time of fulfillment. Please check your spam folder if the email is not in your in-box.

Where Shipping  Protection is purchased, replacements or refunds under the Shipping Protection will only take place after an investigation is logged with Australia Post in an effort to locate the parcel, seek recompense and to prevent a cross-over between replacement and the recovery of the parcel but are not contingent upon recovery as per the insurance taken.
